Az Európai Bizottság Foglalkoztatási és Szociális Ügyek Foigazgatósága az interaktív politikaformálás jegyében hozzászólásokat vár az alábbi üzenetbol felhívható web-oldalon az esélyegyenloségrol és diszkriminációmentes eljárásokról szóló "zöld könyvéhez" (vitaindító dokumentum). 
 
Ha kedvetek-idotök engedi, éljetek a lehetoséggel és kapcsolódjatok be a vitába. A web-oldalról - egyelore még csak az EU eddigi hivatalos 11 nyelvén, magyarul nem - letöltheto a zöld könyv szövege, az arról szóló sajtóközlemény és a kérdoív, melyben a szervezetek, vagy egyének kifejthetik véleményüket.

Dear all,

 

This is to inform you that the European Commission has launched a consultation process to get ideas on how to push forward equal treatment and non-discrimination throughout the EU. The supporting discussion paper provides an analysis of the progress - and lack or progress - in fighting discrimination and makes some suggestions on measures that would push forward equal treatment and non-discrimination throughout the EU. The focus is on improving the implementation of existing legislation and measures, not necessarily the creation of new legislation.

 

The European Commission will consider the results of this consultation when drafting the new EU social policy agenda. The results might also influence on-going discussions around the mandate of the future EU human rights agency; the EU constitutional treaty; data collection. 

 

Therefore, we would recommend that you and/or interested grantees reply to the European Commission directly via the online questionnaire.  We would be happy to receive a copy of your submission and/or your feedback which will be helpful for our advocacy work here in Brussels.
