[EMLA TAI-Development] Payment of 1st instalment

Dear NMS NGO partners,
Please, send your invoices to Timi and EMLA on the first instalment EUR 
2870, since the Presidency Fund has accepted our interim report. For 
further details, please, refer to the contract.
As for what the title of the invoice should be, it can be national 
project management.
It is still unclear how we can pay to our Polish partner, but I think, a 
"request for payment" document, a quasi invoice is sufficient, unless 
Timi says otherwise.
