IBBY Honour List 2008
Rumini was nominated by the Hungarian Section of IBBY (International Board on Books for Young People) for the IBBY Honour List 2008 for the quality of its writing.
The IBBY Honour List is published every two years - the latest catalogue contains the list of 169 authors, illustrators and translators from 59 countries.

The photo was given to me as a Christmas present. Its original is hanging in my working room. A short sight of it is enough to cheer me up any time.

New series Part 3 - Portable Cats in the Circus
Portable cats are not what they seem to be. Adults think they are cute toys. But they are mistaken, because the little colourful cats are living creatures with lots of magic. But this is only revealed to children.
In the third part of the series
the portable cats save the big circus show from total disaster, meet Santa Claus and even go to a beach where very funny things happen.

Rumini wins IBBY AWARD
 In Hungary Rumini was chosen as the IBBY Award winner in the "Best Children's Book 2006" category. The award was given during a ceremony at the XIV. International Bookfestival Budapest by Pál Békés, chairman of IBBY Hungary.
